MDD – Moulded Panel Doors

High Density Moulded Panel Door are made from hardwood fibre compressed and mould to look like a solid door design. The door skin are high density and suitable for local climate. MDD doors are more resistant to panel cracking, open gaps, shrinking and more durable.

Doors can be painted or two tone wood kote finishing. MDD doors series comes with variety design to choose from.

VMD – Veneered Moulded Panel Doors

“VMD” veneered moulded panel door comes with real wood lamination on high density fibreboard door skin. It has been engineered and piece by piece of veneer been laminated onto the door skin to make it look like a real solid door. The advantages of VMD doors are more durable that the solid timber door, colour uniform, and it resistant to panel cracking, open gaps and shirkage.

VMD doors series come with Sapele or Teak veneer choices

“HDD” series doors are designed from smooth hardboard skin with shadow carved to look contemporary and design modern. HDD doors can be pre design to suit the taste of architects and their housing building design. Customized work to insert stainless steel lining on the shadow carved area can be done.

HDD Doors only suitable for painting or sprayed paint.

FEV – Designer Veneered Doors

A door gives the first impression of a room. It is important that you choose the right kind of door to make a statement about the room. Cantolli’s Door Facings is made of 0.6mm decorative wood veneer laminated onto 3.6mm tropical hardwood plywood. Using our Door Facings, a beautiful interior room door can be constructed using various core construction methods – such as fire rated, solid, semi-solid or hollow core.

Doors are commonly subjected to heavy wear and tear. It is important that thick veneer (0.6mm) is used as the face veneer (0.6mm) is used as the face veneer in making Door Facings. The difference between Cantolli’s quality and conventionally thinner veneer came through in the durability and finishing of each door.

Using only natural wood veneer, one of nature’s most beautiful gifts, Cantolli Door Facings bring to life the unique feeling of a room with its natural character, grain and texture. These character will vary from species, and from log to log, each with its own appeal.
